RE-SYNCED to match BluRay.x264.AAC-[YTS.MX]. Fixed common errors with SubtitleEdit, added commas, punctuation & improved the layout with the Wordpad. DISCLAIMER: I don't speak Spanish, so... I used VikramJS' sub, so, my THANKS to him. FPS is 23.976 and duration is 1.44.08. If you have a different 23.976 you can easily re-sync the whole thing by using the "Ctrl+Shift+H" or "Ctrl+Shift+N" functions of "Subtitle Workshop".
